Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Bharat Services you agree to these Terms. They apply to all users — Customers, Heroes, Agents, and Operators.
2. The platform
Bharat Services is a marketplace connecting customers with local Heroes. Bharat Services is not itself a service provider. The contract for any service is between Customer and Hero.
3. Accounts
You must provide a valid email to create an account. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Accounts are non-transferable.
4. Hero verification
Heroes are verified by Bharat Services Regional Officers through an in-person visit. Verification confirms existence and capability but is not an endorsement of quality.
5. Payments
Service charges are displayed before booking confirmation. Payments are processed by Razorpay or PhonePe. Heroes receive 90% of the service charge.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations before dispatch are free. Cancellations after dispatch may attract a fee at the Hero's discretion. See our Refund Policy for details.
7. Prohibited conduct
You may not: (a) make fraudulent bookings; (b) harass Heroes or Bharat Services staff; (c) reverse-engineer the platform; (d) create fake reviews.
8. Limitation of liability
Bharat Services's liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant transaction. We are not liable for Hero conduct or service quality.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
